These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between eliminatejoints and the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All offers on our website are non-binding. Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices. Price changes do not affect already placed orders.
An agreement is formed when you place an order and we confirm it via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:
Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on our website. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Orders are only processed after receipt of full payment.
We strive to deliver orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are indicative and not a fatal deadline. Delay in delivery does not give the right to compensation or dissolution of the agreement, unless the delay is unreasonably long.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Orders over €50 are shipped free within the Netherlands.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving reasons. For more information, see our return policy.
We guarantee that our products are of good quality and meet legal requirements. Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage or lost profit.
We strive to provide accurate product information about our artisanal jams. This includes ingredients, allergens and storage instructions. If you have specific questions about our products, please contact us.
Our jams may contain allergens such as nuts, sulfite or other ingredients. Always consult the product information and contact us if in doubt. We are not liable for allergic reactions as a result of not reading product information.
