Our Return Policy

At eliminatejoints, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our artisanal jams. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can use our return policy as described below.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving reasons. This reflection period begins on the day after you receive the products.

Conditions For Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The products are unopened and in original condition
• The packaging is undamaged
• The products are not spoiled or past their expiration date
• You have reported your return request within 14 days of receipt
• The products are returned within 14 days of reporting

Exceptions

For hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

• Opened jars of jam
• Products whose seal has been broken
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Products that have been specially ordered for you

How To Request A Return

Follow these steps to request a return:

• Contact us within 14 days of receipt via email or phone
• Mention your order number and the reason for returning
• Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
• Carefully package the products in the original packaging
• Send the products to the return address we provide

Return Costs

The costs for returning products are at your own expense, unless:

• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
• You received the wrong product
• We made an error in your order

In these cases, we will fully reimburse the return costs.

Refund

After receiving and approving your return:

• We check the condition of the returned products
• We process the refund within 14 days
• We refund via the same payment method as your original payment
• You receive a confirmation of the refund by email

Note: We may wait to refund until we have received the products or until you have proven that you have returned the products.

Damaged Or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours
• Take photos of the damage or defect
• Keep the packaging and the product
• We offer a replacement or full refund
• Return costs are reimbursed by us

Wrong Order

If you received the wrong product:

• Contact us immediately
• We will send the correct product to you free of charge
• You can return the wrong product free of charge
• We will arrange pickup if possible

Exchanges

Want to exchange a product for a different flavor or variant? Contact us to discuss the possibilities. We do our best to accommodate you, provided the products are unopened and in original condition.

Gift Packaging

The same return conditions apply to gift packaging. If you received a gift and want to return it, please contact us. We can send the refund to the original buyer or provide a credit voucher.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our artisanal jams. If you are not satisfied with the taste or quality of a product, please contact us. We always look for an appropriate solution, even outside the standard return conditions.
